「Safety concern with malfunctioning elevator. Was stuck on elevator twice. Come to find out the staff would reset the elevator and claim that is was fixed. Other families experienced the same situation. Safety concern with turning lights off in pool area when there were children in the pool. I had just left the pool area to go to the desk to get more pool towels. Minutes after I returned all of the lights turned off while there were kids in the pool with no warning. I fear that there could be a...

「Good price」

「If you are visiting Valdosta this is a wonderful property to stay at. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have happy hour and a very nice breakfast/ Also there are many restaurants within walking distance. I always stay here when I come through Valdosta.」

「Parking was horrendous/non-existent. Noise around the hotel was terrible. There is only one elevator in the center of the building so depending on where your room is and where you park, you might end up walking really far to your room and then back and forth to your car...nightmare. Upon entering the room, a foul odor. Dishwasher was rancid. That got better after we ran it. Garbage disposal didn't work and was full of rotten food. 」

「My first thought was how nice the room was, very clean, very appealing. The staff were super kind and checking in and out was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely will be staying here on my next trip to St. Louis.」

「There was so much noise coming from the room above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants running around. We were watching tv, so we just tolerated it until 9 pm, when we were ready for bed. We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response....
