「This was my 4th stay at the property and I’ve never had an issue. Hot springs pools are wonderful, clean, beautiful views of the mountains, rooms are clean. One thing I’d say is shower pressure in the room was absolutely terrible but I don’t sweat the small stuff. Otherwise, I’m sure I’ll be returning there and would recommend it to others.」

「The only thing that I didn’t like was that they charged us parking which it wasn’t available and they charged me an extra fee without telling me and after I ask what it was they told me it was for if I wanted to use the hot tub which we only stayed for one night.」

「I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(」
