「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「We stayed here one night for a concert at Red Rocks. It was an 8- minute drive to the concert and about 20-minute drive back (because of traffic getting out of the venue,) so it was super close. Everything was clean. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good to grab and eat on the way to the airport. I will certainly stay here again when I come back to Red Rocks.」
