"I thought the food and bar service was not up to standard for a 4 star resort. I travelled by myself and I found it very hard to get food service when I was sitting down and bar staff were not that friendly"

"The staff at Moana Sands were absolutely amazing, particularly the ladies on the front desk. There was one who was especially wonderful and gave my friend and I lots of ideas and information about places to visit and what to do (she was the one who told us about the fantastic lemon cheesecake at the Maire Nui gardens!). The property was spotless, beautifully quiet, had gorgeous views and extremely spacious rooms. The only draw-back was there weren't dinner options from the restaurant every night...

"Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff went out of their way to resolve a couple of minor issues (out of their control). Bar is only open from 4pm daily. We were in rooms 1,2 and 3 and the rooms above were quite noisy "

"Arrived in the evening, and had advised them upon booking that this was for my wedding. When we arrived there was no aircon, despite adding it to my booking informtaion, requests, and paying for it. We had to wait for the staff to arrive ans being us a remote for the heat pump. "Rob and Anna were so welcoming. There was breakfast in the fridge and a phone for us to use. The place is well maintained and has lots of outdoor seating. The laundry facilities were easy, bikes available, pizza oven and barbecue available. We couldn’t have asked for more really "

"Fantastic location, great beach out front. It's an adults only facility. Tropical breakfast included and shuttles to and from airport (need to pay). It's close to airport and bus stops right outside. Rooms are fully equipped if you want to cook anything. Two great swimming pools, happy hour, staff wonderful and helpful with booking various things like transport. There is a small store, alcohol shop and bakery very close if you need supplies or town is a very short bus ride away for a bigger...

"Great snorkelling here. Pretty calm. Good facilities eg paddle boards, kayaks etc. Blinds dont block sun, just there for privacy, good breakfast, Id stay here again for the location. "

"The view was great. I didn’t use the bikes or kayaks but good to have them. Air conditioning was a saviour in humidity. I enjoyed working out the buses and using them. I also enjoyed walking into the shops and along the beach and it was easy to explore the area - cujtural show, night market, museum, gardens. Plenty to do despite the weather! Not a beach holiday this time. "
