The lady at reception. Can’t remember her name (blonde, curly hair tied back in a ponytail. Pa’paa lady) but she checked me and my family in and out. She made us feel important and comfortable. Property is always a delight to return to but coming in with a late flight we booked and paid for two rooms but only one booking came up at reception.
