「The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」

「Off season, so not too busy. Rooms on the second floor had vaulted ceilings, noise did echo a bit, but just from our room. Stayed for a Rangers game and were surprised by a free shuttle to and from the game. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff were very friendly.」

「Staff was amazing. The only complaint I have is that they were using Fabuloso to mop. It’s a migraine trigger for myself and many others. It’s so strong. I got sick immediately. 」
