「Mi aire acondicionado estaba dañado y no lo cambiaron」

「Check in took a while as there was only one person working. The room door was ajar when we got to it but the room was clean and fully stocked with towels and toiletry items.The only thing missing was sheets and blankets for the pull out twin mattress. There was a beautiful sunset to view from the resort. The food there was good and my granddaughter (4yrs) really had fun at the water park. It offered a good mix of age appropriate stuff. The bigger slides were shut down when we first got there but...

「It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.」

「The rooms seemed updated but we had a lighter, old dirty towel left in our room when we got there. Our air conditioning unit leaked all over the ground so half the room was a pond, when you walked on it, the water splashed. We had a 2 towels put down to soak up the water which was brown. We asked for maintenance and it wasn’t taken care of until the second time we asked. They supposedly fixed it and put another towel down and the second towel was soaked after an hour. Not a good stay at all.」

「The staff was friendly and the service was great, rooms are small and bathroom small. No breakfast available, great place if you have kids.」

「Great location to walk able areas. Waves makes it seem like a beach.」

「Advertising breakfast but only on weekdays. Linens in rooms looked like they were 30 years old and threadbare Has a pool but opened to public until 6 pm when only guests can use. Will never go here again.」
