"The room was spectactular and the hotel staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel seemed dirty but the hotel is located acriss the street from the pier area. A rooftop bar, in the hotel building, caused a long wait for the elevator but once we were in our room we enjoyed the quietness of the space in spite of heavy traffic and many nightclubs nearby. All in all a very nice place to stay."

"The room was good, we loved the beach setting, the breakfast was also good. Staff are friendly but the customer services can be improved. They require a separate deposit for the beach towels which seemed like an awkward system to me. The activity desk tells you to scan the QR code to see the activities instead of talking to us. They also tried to charge the accommodation tax twice, at check-in and check-out. "
