"My main criteria for a hotel are : quiet, clean, free and fast breakfast, free parking. Yes, I know Marriott's normally only charge a nominal fee for parking - but it offends me. So this hotel was perfect on all counts. The guy who checked us in was also friendly and informative."

"The property was historically beautiful and very unique and interesting. Rooms were very comfortable and provided all that you need. A couple of simple things - we are coke drinkers but that was not an option and the full breakfast was delicious but minimal and options not explained. Overall a great stay and will stay again!"

"We generally liked our stay here. What we didn't like is that there is a daily charge for parking that is not made clear when you reserve. Though eventually I was told I would get this refunded, it was a struggle getting the front desk to agree. Did not care for that. It is also ridiculous to charge for parking in a large open air lot with plenty of spaces. This is not a municipal garage. Other than that, the room was comfortable, quiet, and reasonably clean."

"We were met by Sylvia at the front desk. Very sweet and asked about our trip- we mentioned that we were in the area for Mental Health training - with May being Mental Health Month. Sylvia proceeded to tell us about a "quiet room" the hotel has for staff. She invited us up to see it. We were so surprised and thrilled that this space is made available for your employees. We travel several times a month and this is the FIRST hotel we have ever seen this type of space for employees! KUDOS to you!...

"Hotel was pretty clean & staff friendly and helpful. The pool looked like it needed a cleaning. We noticed you could hear voices & televisions from other rooms at all hours in our room on the 3rd floor. Also, the pillows were flat & lumpy. Please upgrade all of them!! That said, we would probably stay again. "
