「The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful, staff was friendly, although our room was the filthiest hotel room Ive ever stayed in. I took an extra toothbrush and removed the black mold and soap scum that was so thick it stopped the water from coming through the shower head. Dead bugs, spiders, cob webs, walls covered in dust, the hotel was booked due to a concert and we had to make this work, reached out to the assistant GM through email lets see how long it takes for her to respond. 「The hotel was clean and maintained. The rooms were also clean. The staff was helpful as well. My only complaint was the breakfast. The food was okay. Food options were not always available because equipment was broke or empty」

「It served our purpose of having a place to sleep. Pullout mattress was thin and overused and the bars dug in our back, toilet ran all weekend, shower curtain rod was barely attached. The continental breakfast was less than edible but again. The unit served the purpose of having a place to sleep. For the cost of $500, I was very disappointed and would not go there again. Pool/ hot tub out of service which was a big reason we booked that spot. Felt short staffed.」
