「Location, location, location! I was right in the heart of Bariloche and able to walk everywhere. I even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from my balcony. The staff was very friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed. I loved the breakfasts and especially the charming tea room where they were served each morning. I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and a perfect location in Bariloche.」

「Room was very dirty (dirty linens, shoes marks in bathroom and on the toilet bowl, hair in bathtub, damaged furniture and walls, overall disgusting. The lobby looked nice ... I guess that's where they decided to put their money... Seriously need to update the rooms, will not be coming back. We do not recommend this hotel.」

「I don’t recommend this hotel. Looks very dated. Small rooms and bathrooms. Bathroom experience is bad. No onsite parking. Poor elevator. Old mechanical keys, no key cards. List goes on. The only positive is the staff, location and hotel looks nice from the outside.」
