「Muy mala experiencia. Al hacer el check-out intentaron cobrarme el IVA pese a ser extranjero y pagar con una tarjeta emitida en el exterior. Si hubiera desconocido la normativa, me lo habrían cobrado. Al señalar el error, insistieron diciendo que “tienen la orden de cobrarlo si hay un argentino en la habitación”, una explicación que no justifica incumplir la ley. Además, nadie del personal de atención al cliente habla inglés. Para un hotel que recibe turistas internacionales, esto dificulta...

「I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least.」

「I don’t recommend this hotel. Looks very dated. Small rooms and bathrooms. Bathroom experience is bad. No onsite parking. Poor elevator. Old mechanical keys, no key cards. List goes on. The only positive is the staff, location and hotel looks nice from the outside.」
