"Tivemos um problema com a reserva. O proprietário não sabia que havíamos feito a reserva e por isso não nos esperava. No entanto, havia o número de telefone dele no comprovante da reserva e eu liguei e ele atendeu e conseguimos resolver tudo. Ele foi muito atencioso. Lugar incrível, porém frio. Mesmo com o aquecedor no máximo, fez bastante frio. Quem viaja com criança, a escada também é perigosa, pois fica um espaço aberto e qualquer descuido, pode cair no 1º andar."

Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa.
