「This is my 1st time writing a review, so here goes. Never have I had such a terrible experience at a hotel. Upon entering the room, you could clearly hear the toilet was "running," no phone in the room, the 2 night stand lights were not working, nor were the charging ports, there were used towels still in the bathroom from the previous occupants, the desk offered to move me another room but the lights were not working in that room also! The wifi was not working and the TV would freeze...

「The staff at Great Wolf Lodge were consistently helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The front desk team, especially Clarity, was kind, clear, and professional. I also noticed the waterpark restrooms were cleaned frequently, and staff were actively maintaining the area by sweeping and removing debris.
