"Hotel was not very clean. Killed a cockroach on the wall in the hallway one night. Other small bugs and small moths in our room. Hallway smelled heavily of smoke. One of the nights no one was at the desk to let anyone in. A man was there to check in and had been waiting to get onto the hotel for over 20 min. People were loitering and drinking in the parking lot. Rugs were filthy. "

"The front desk was great and very helpful. The surrounding Pleasanton are is a convieniant to everything and very nice."

"We always stay here for our travels to the area and we absolutely love it. We have yet to bring our pet but we enjoy seeing the other doggies visiting with their families. So many things to do in the area and a friendly staff "

"We appreciated having the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel and the food was good. Our room was clean but unfortuantely, both my husband and I thought the bed was uncomfortable. I can sleep almost anywhere and I woke up feeling achy. "
