"Stayed for 4 nights, and not a single day was the room cleaned. I even called the front desk to ask about it, only to be told my room was “not on the cleaning list.” When I asked why, they couldn’t give a clear answer. I then asked if they could add my room to the list, and they said no. On top of that, I was charged for parking every day, which was never clearly communicated in advance. Overall, very disappointing experience. Lack of basic housekeeping and poor communication made the stay frustrating. I would not stay here again."

"Great hotel for the price. Restaurant in house and parking is $10. No complaints!"

"AC didn’t work. People were outside our rooms talking loudly at 1:30 am in courtyard area. Called front desk and it stopped for a while and then started again. Really long shuttle ride from the airport, 20-25 minutes. Arriving late and exhausted, we just dealt with it. Booked another hotel on our return trip and willing to lose our non-refundable fee before ever staying here again. "
