「Such a nice getaway my husband and I had at the ISO. From our room we could look out at the pool and beautiful ocean. Super comfy bed and pillows. Great size room. The staff is super nice and helpful. So friendly too! I will definitely stay there again once I get back to Kauai 」

「Check in was easy and Makana was super sweet! Our room had every amenity we could ask for including a washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. We enjoyed walking to the market, which was next-door and the availability of a restaurant on the premises was a plus! 」

「时间是7月下旬，我们一家三代六口人一同出行，两个小朋友都不到14岁。这个度假村令我们十分满意，并且后悔行程中没有多安排几天。度假村适合喜欢安静，来岛上放松的人。首先，位置很好，Kauai 的公路总体上呈反L型，这个度假村大致位于中间，离机场、Walmart、快餐店等开车只有十分钟路程，而且度假村就在利德盖特州立公园南临（用灌木隔着，但可以穿过去。）。第二，度假村房间比较大，厨房、客厅、两卧室、两浴室、两阳台，厨房里冰箱、电炉、微波炉、烤箱等一应俱全，卧室分别是一张双人床和和两张单人床，客厅的沙发也可以睡人（说实话比软床舒服）。第三，价格相对便宜。第四，前台接待人员很热情、很热心。不足之处，和希尔顿、喜来登那种级别的度假村比，这家在服务、豪华程度、方便程度皆有差距，当然价格也不一样。总之，我很喜欢这，以后再来Kauai 还会选择这里。」

「很多次从Hotel 上订房间都很好，但是这一次差点住不进去，首先，这个酒店没有前台，要到另一个酒店办理入住，这个还头一次遇上，而酒店其他客人的入住方式跟我们也不一样，搞的好心帮我们的美国人越帮越乱，很混乱。幸亏儿子英语好，又仔细阅读了入住指南才知道要到另一个酒店办入住。其次办理入住时要交差不多150美元的清洁费，太坑了！但是如果你要跟他理论你还没理，因为网站的确在说明里写了，只是你要一步步点开才能看到。但是如果你订了99次都不需要看二次菜单里面的说明，怎么会在下一次看？明显的是陷阱！房间里面还可以，挺干净的，位置很好，出门就是大海，可以从外走廊上直接看日出。」

「DO NOT BOOK THIS. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND BACK AWAY. I booked this in June 2023 for vacation in zmarch of 2024. I had received no additonal follow up or information prior to my trip. I contacted expedia and this company via there telephone number and receirved no response from the company. I thought i might be able to check into the resort with the confirmation number but it didn't work. We had a rental vehicle ans spent the night sleeping in our car as we arrived at 1230 and were exhausted...

「This was not a hotel but a condo. It was advertised as two bedrooms but the second bedroom was really more of a den with a fold out couch and sliding doors to separate it from the rest of the living room. Very spacious though. Had a balcony with patio furniture too. Had full appliances - fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher. All linens were provided. There is no housekeeping though so if you were to need more towels, you are on your own. Bring your own shampoo, etc as none are...
