「The room was not cleaned and upon inquiry I was informed that it is only cleaned upon request. It is very unusual that rooms are not cleaned and maintained daily based on my historical travel experience.」

「Staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful. My room keys did not work and they were rekeyed and replaced 3 times. Maintenance tried as well. After we had settled in because they couldn't get the room keys to work, we were moved to a different room. They obviously had not had the time to clean it. Floor was dirty questionable as to what it was stuck to the floor. I used wash wipes to clean it. The room was so stuffy and hot. This was resolved in a few hours once the AC/fan kicked in....

「Was in town for a lacrosse tournament. Great location convenient to the beach. Used the pool a few times and appreciated it was open until 10p」

「The staff were amazing, the pool was cleaned everyday and the hammocks were comfortable. This location from the hotel to the beach was 2 blocks maybe a 5 minute walk. Great time and will return next year.」
