「Everything was great with the exception of the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was absolutely the rudest person ever and should not be working with people. I've never complained about an employee of a hotel before. Everything else was great but wouldn't stay again unless she is gone. No reason to be rude to guests 」

「The hotel was excellent hot tub pool were great the parkingbis terrible. Its old and it is not made for tall vehicles. It has no signs telling you which way. Talked to a few people there who agreed.」

「Love this place. Kids love it too. It's big and grand. Close to Walmart and target and all kinds of fast food. Also bass pro. You also get two complimentary drinks per adult every evening if your stay. Can't say enough good things.」

「Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again.」

「They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me.」
