「Loved the decor that was related to the Muscle Shoals music history. The only things I didn’t like were the pillows, flat and I would have liked a coffee pot in the room. All staff excellent. Great dining experience in Grill 360. Good music in Swampers Bar and Grill. The pool area is beautiful.」

「I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. 」

「Good location, safe and clean enough but nothing fancy. Surfaces have been redone but some aging is still visible. Bathroom pocket door was very heavy and operated noisily and required great force as it was off the track. Elevator was dirty and groaned. Sofa bed was stained and grungy. Regular beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but not abundant and breakfast seating was inconveniently across the lobby from the serving area. Lobby bathroom was down a storage hall.」
