「Quick check in , staff very helpful. 」

「I did like the property. It is downtown and there is lots to do downtown. You can walk to everything you need; restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, the convention center. I would have given a higher rating, however the young lady who worked at the desk on the Saturday I checked out was unusually rude and dismissive. Of all the years I have stayed with Hilton, I have never received such treatment.」

「I had a wonderful time staying at the Brunswick. The room was cute, clean and comfortable. I chose room 7 and enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub. My daughter was able to get ready for a prom that she was attending at the Hall of Springs and it was easy and hassle free to get there. The race track is right there too. We would stay there again if in the area. Definitely better than a hotel! 」

「The only room available was a handicapped room, and the open shower was a tad grimy near the grout. The room was a tad shabby but clean enough. The area was close to town, which was great, a little desolate when driving at night.」
