「Wonderful」

「I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.」

「The tv in our room didn’t work the first few nights. We had to have maintenance come and fix it. The bathroom was extremely dirty. No one ever came to clean our room when we asked for it. We also asked for new towels and were given just one. We put drinks in the mini fridge and there was a brown slimy thing in the back. It looked like poop but we weren’t sure.」

「Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression.
