「The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort.」

「We checked out a day early. Our room wasn't clean. We had to go ask for more toilet paper. There was red goo all over the pull out mattress, the sheets weren't changed. There was tears on the couch. There was something running down the wall in the bathroom. There was only one coffee cup for 3 people. The condiment packages for coffee was open and items removed. The hallway had plastic cups and didn't look vacuumed. In the dining area, there were no forks out and crock pots were used to...
