"Absolutely amazing experience!! "

"Our stay was j teresting. It was the first time I've had to evacuate for a fire drill early in the morning. The staff did their best to accommodate and instruct guests. Some guests were understanding others not. I applaud the staff for having to mediate the various flavors of customer temperaments over the situation."

"Basically a clean hotel at a not-too-expensive cost that was close to DTW airport and available on short notice when a flight was canceled. "

"It was a good place to stay on our layover but the place seems a little tired. The hallway carpets had stains in it and our toilet made a high pitch noise when flushed. The elevator buttons on the second floor were broken That being said the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant was good and the food tasty. Would stay again for a layover again. The shuttle service to/from the airport was very convenient "

"Perfect location for walking around downtown Detroit. I loved the kitchen, friendly folks greeting at the front desk.The parking across the street was convenient although a bit pricey. Highly recommend this place. "

"Love this local and surrounding views, disappointing there pool was closed and only Monday-Thursday local gym access. Awesome staff."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable! Although we didnt use the other amenities such as the bistro and pool areas, they looked very nice and inviting. One thing i wish it had.. was a microwave in the room, we had some leftovers we wish we couldve heated up. Usually when theres a fridge theres a microwave "

"It appears to be recently remodeled and very nice. Some of the hotels around are a little run down, but Embassy Suites is beautifully done."

"This is a good hotel stay for the price, conveniently located, and with free breakfast. There is a pool that my son enjoyed and where the facility was clean in spite of looking a little dated. We did find a small dead bug in the bathroom and the elevator was not working during the morning we checked out, which was inconvenient for us as we tried to haul our luggage, a baby, and a stroller. Overall, a good stay for the price."

"Clean, affordarble, in a safe area. It's conveniently located off the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Downtown Plymouth is beautiful and there are a lot of nice pubs and restaurants to choose from. The pool is very small and chilly."

"Booked a very last minute room here after a cancelled flight and not being able to travel again until the following day. The room was comfortable and clean, and good value for money. The shuttle bus to/from the airport was also a great addition! My only negatives would be how loud the air conditioning unit was, and that having a room on the ground floor meant I was woken up by car headlights quite a lot (I didn’t notice the black out blind behind the main one until morning as it was already dark...
