「The key wouldn't allow us to leave the parking lot (or any other guests) and we had to go back inside and wait for assistance in order to leave which wasn't convenient. Also, on the 4th floor outside the door, it smells terrible near the ice machine. Maybe mold or mildew from leaking water. Otherwise, the room was very clean and our stay was great! It is within walking distance from many restaurants and the Riverwalk Park was so peaceful on a Sunday morning.」

「The room and hotel were very run down and there was a strong smell throughout the halls. The room was dark and dated and felt dirty, tiles were cracked and the tub was damaged and caulking was dirty or missing. There were bug traps throughout the hotel and the property is located in a sketchy area and had homeless people behind the abandoned building adjacent to hotel parking - which probably explains why the lobby stays locked and there was a huge security monitor at the front desk.
