"Very comfortable bed and air conditioning when needed made room easy to have a good temperature for sleeping. Beautiful lanai and living area. Water pressure could be better and it varied during the stay. It’s the only thing that could improve. The rooster was a very good alarm for us because we did need to get up early, but for people who needed to sleep in, may be problematic. Really easy check in and check out with good security system. "Great, quiet property atop the Hilo rainforest. It had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. Definitely needed a car to get around. But everything in Hilo was less than 15 minutes away. 4 stars for cleanliness, only because the house, like all houses in Hilo are older. But bedding, towels, kitchen and everything else is clean. We will definitely stay at the property again."
