「I want to start off with the positives; the front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Now onto the nitty gritty. Our room was not clean. The shower drain in our room was clogged and the fan did not circulate at all. The pool was very dirty, including a glass that had been there the entirety of our stay and not picked up as well as “floaters” in the pool.
