"Our check-in process was absolutely seamless and the young woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and everything we needed for our one night stay and then some. If we are ever in the area again we will certainly choose this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through."

The location in Kingston was charming. There are just 3 things keeping me from giving a 5 star review: first, it was not clear to us when booking that the rooms are in several buildings 2 blocks apart, so we hauled all our luggage out, put it back in the car, and hauled it out again - in the rain. "Beautiful location! Food was delish though I did ask the waitress for a hamburger medium rare and it came back well. Sooo not sure if she heard me or the chef slipped. Drinks are small and expensive. Ambiance is top notch! Open air dining but the Hudson, even on a cloudy day it was beautiful. "

"The Nest is in the heart of Hudson, NY -- it's easy to access everything that makes the town fun and interesting. My room was clean and bright, The hotel is in an historic building that has been carefully renovated. The hotel is just off the Empire State Trail, so it's easily accessible to bikepackers. Management accommodated some needs that arose because I was traveling by bicycle. There's safe bike storage in the building's locked outside yard. Would happily return. "

"Been here last year and decided to go back because we enjoyed it a lot last year,same this year,very clean,great location,quite during the week,it does get busy starting Friday. Good shopping and dining options around although limited on operating hours. The Hotel restaurant is upscale and have a nice vibe but not the best for kids."

"The location is excellent and the gardens are divine. Our only problem was the winding staircase to our upper floor room. Would not be a problem for younger people but my husband and i are in our 70s! We would stay again if we could be assured of a lower level room."

"It was an amazing stay for our ski trip. Very clean and comfortable beds. Convenient with a good quality food market next door. Kids love the game room as an after ski activity. Only wish the kitchen was equipped with dishwasher and stocked with cooking oil."

"I have never had such a warm welcome from a B&B as I got at Mountain Treasure. Everything was amazing here, and the hosts couldn't do enough for me, from tips on where to go mountain biking, to actually driving me to a trail head to go hiking so I didn't have to walk a loop. Heavenly breakfasts and great coffee in the mornings too. Also, very strong, fast wifi in my room. Would definitely go back again."
