"This location is very convenient with easy access to New York City just over the bridge. They offer a free breakfast with a decent variety of items to choose from. The staff at the front desk was polite and helpful. The room itself was clean but the condition of the carpet in our room was terrible. It had large stains all over it. This was very disappointing and detracted from an otherwise positive stay."

"The front desk manger Charles is awesome and kind. Providing guests cookie and the water. Helping with sightseeing. He did above and beyond. I stayed here two years ago knowing him so glad come again. Also the front desk night agent Chrystal R is sweet. Having me breakfast Vochur helped me so much. Make me ways want to come back. "

"Hampton Inns are consistently comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a madhouse, but timing was part of the problem. My only real issue is the Hilton “ambassadors “ that hover in the lobby to pounce on you to get you to a timeshare sales meeting. Given the option between a Hilton property and another comparable choice, I would choose against Hilton due to their aggressive sales pitch. That’s just awful. "

"I loved everything about this hotel we missed breakfast but I'm pretty sure that it was just as good as the hotel was, the rooms were big never expected that, the covers were nice and fresh you could smell the clean walking through the hallway, and the elevators I have never been in a glass one it was scarey and fun at the same time Loved everything about this hotel will go back "

"Once you pass the homeless people by entrance, it's a 5 star experience. I went alone with my 21 year old daughter and we never felt unsafe. The city view was amazing. The staff was so sweet. Check in was a breeze. I highly recommend and we are very picky. i"
