"This hotel was a huge disappointment. Our room was clean but missing lots of necessities there were no towel racks, bath mat, or hooks in the bathroom. Closet was very limited and was actually a small cabinet. No dresser in the bedroom. We didn’t expect a kitchen area and didn’t need it but the cabinet had 4 obviously unwashed coffee mugs. The coffee maker didn’t work. Very sterile environment with no comfortable place to sit. The location was great for that area."
