「Upside: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean。 Breakfast has variety of food and drinks. Good location. Downside: The A/C and the refrigerator are bit noise。」

「We had a great stay for 3 nights here. We checked in late and appreciated the front desk taking care of us. We really enjoyed the room we had on a corner, 5th floor- yes, you could hear music and noise on the weekend, but IT"S AUSTIN, we were fine with it and mostly out enjoying the city anyway. Good location in terms of walkability to some great spots around us. The pool area was very pretty, we wished there was a hot tub. We had a drink and snack up on the top floor and the view and vibes...

「It was an ok stay for just an overnight after a flight. Staff was nice and polite. Airport shuttle service was good. But the facility needs updated and maintained. Put on the 5th floor- no big deal, until the elevator broke and I had to haul luggage downstairs the next morning. And the stairwell had trash in it like someone was living/hanging out there. Kind of scary as a single woman. And j just saw the biggest cockroach in my life. The whole facility also smells really musty, like it recently...

「Air conditioning was a hit and miss , we’d turn it on and would shut off from time to time and even then it felt as thought it didn’t cool. Staff were sweet but elevator was old fashion , shaking when going up / down and pillows were small / lap size pillow and not comfortable. Bathroom towel too rough and tv did not have many Channels. 」
