It has convenient back door access to Austin's famous boardwalk and river pathways that makes it very attractive for long stays. It also has lake access points for kayak launches, which becomes useful if you're planning sunset tours for bat watching. "Super cute, staff is very nice. My only issue is that it’s impossible to get a free cup of coffee which is something I’ve never, ever experienced at a hotel. Instead you have to pay at the coffeeshop in the lobby. It’s over $5 for an Americano. I live in NYC and even I think that’s completely ridiculous."
