「Room was clean, staff were helpful, and great neighborhood! The only negative was that you could hear footsteps and noises from above and outside the room, but that’s to be expected in an old building. Nothing that some white noise couldn’t drown out! Would definitely stay again. 」

「We were upgraded for free to a different suite. The staff were friendly and the room was amazing. I absolutely would love to stay with Best Western Plus Hawthorne Terrace again」

「Upon entering the baseball motif was amazing. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was even more impressive by how quiet and how close everything was to the location. Only draw back was no parking on the property. Extra expense to park in the parking garage down the street. Hotel staff was amazing and the property was very secure and clean. Would really recommend staying here. 」

「Fantastic location within walking distance of Wrigley Field and many Lakeview hot spots. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space within the suite! It's definitely not for folks who aren't used to urban street noise, although it didn't bother me at all. My ONLY "complaint" was that the room was super cold.
