I had called ahead to request this but it did not happened but Lori was able to get it fixed. Then came the timeshare pitch. Kareem was informative but did not pressure me when I politely & firmly declined. Mgmt please reconsider this part of check in experience & just tell us what it is & give option of visiting...

「This hotel has absolutely massive rooms by today's standards and shares all amenities with the much more expensive Williamsburg Inn and Williamsburg lodge. The tradeoffs are that you will not have a front desk and the furniture and finishes are much older. The reality, however, is that the tradeoffs are 100% worth it.
