「The room was great, the property was well maintained, the restaurant/bar staff was great. The staff member who answered the phone when we called for the airport shuttle was not helpful at all. She said it would be awhile and implied that we should pay for a ride rather than waiting. She was not helpful at all as far as explaining where we needed to go to wait for the shuttle, we had to ask airport staff. We waited an hour before the shuttle arrived.」

「terrible noise , wifi cannot work . asked staff to help to fix the wifi but they didn't want to help. didn't clear the room and even didn't change the towels」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay and staff helpful and kind. The worst part is that the water was turned off for four hours on September 7th and September 8th and on September 9th no hot water. That was the biggest inconvenience and disappointing part of the stay. Hotel was under construction but when I booked it was not on website at the time of booking.」
