「Pool was closed on Saturday without any notification until last minute, which is the main reason I booked the stay for daughter’s birthday. 「Al llegar al hotel a la medianoche, resulta que alguien en front desk se equivocó e hizo check in bajo mi nombre, la chica en turno se sorprendió y me dijo que nunca había visto que pasara eso, y más porque ese huésped firmó la hoja con mi nombre y no se fijó (tenemos el mismo apellido). Pero ella muy amablemente me asignó otra habitación igual a la que reservé yo. Todo estaba muy limpio y las camas extremadamente cómodas. El desayuno estaba muy bueno. Lo único por lo que no le pongo 5 estrellas...
