「Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful location, would recomend」

「Beautiful view on the mountain side」

「Older property, but well maintained.Very helpful staff…」

「The picture on Expedia is not what all the rooms look like (updated & fresh)! There are a few rooms with the hillside view that are very much lacking for the price. The walls are Seafoam green, plain bedding, outdoor table & chair (both rocked - not level), no door on the closet, a toilet that didn’t work properly (had to hold handle down for a long time for it to flush & sometimes have to flush 2 or 3 times to get a proper flush). The porcelain in the toilet bowl was broken from being snaked...

「Perfect location right in downtown and super walkable! Brought our two dogs and had a great time!」

「ALL staff always spoke to you in passing. Cleanliness was exceptional! We went here 2 years ago when they had not been open long, and now 2 years later still as clean as when it was new!」

「Older property Rooms were clean and spacious Had an indoor pool which we didn’t have a chance to use. Good location near Banner Elk and Grandfather Mountain」

「The main reason I am not happy is I booked a king room at a lower price and then when I got there it was a lot more! On top of that, they had NO king rooms available overbooked! Had to get a queen and only $25.00 credit. Not happy with this! If I am gonna pay $300 a night for 1 room for 1 night it best be the best and what I had asked for!! Very disappointed!!」

「Service was very slow at breakfast in the restaurant, even though there were only two other couples dining.」

「The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view was great. The electric heater in the living room was a bit noisy. The bathroom was recently renovated and nice. The staff person at checkout was very nice.」
