The Two young men that waited on us were Great! We were not happy with the air conditioning blowing on us all night. We moved the blade but still was hitting us. Also, no one was at the property in the evening or all night or in the morning.

This property was a big disappointment. It is very run-down and mostly deserted. While we cannot say it was dirty, we did not receive clean towels or maid service on the second day. The bathroom is very tiny and has no countertop space for applying makeup. There is no full-length mirror. The room has a very musty smell as well. We would not ever stay here again.

Nice little old school inn. My room was small but very comfy. They have other rooms sizes. Nice back porch and easy access to downtown and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly!

My daughter and I checked in on a Sunday and stayed 2 nights. Room was adequate, property was well kept. Outside area was nice and quiet. There was no one in the office most of the time we were there, and no one else staying at the hotel. No Frills or extras that I saw. My preference is to stay in a hotel with personnel present. I have no plans to return.

The Village Inn in Blowing Rock NC has lost its glory days unfortunately . I have stay in all three of there hotels. When they first open and for years they were my go to Lodging in this wonderful mountain town. Age has caught up for this particular one. Things had fallen off bathroom wall and not fixed the toilet leaked every time you would flush the tub needed a face lift and when I checked out at 8:00am the lobby was locked. I could not tell them about the toilet and had no juice etc. Diana Hill

There was very limited staff at the property. I stayed 4 nights and the door to the check in desk was always locked and there was no one there. After I first checked in there were still wet towels over the bath tub from the previous people that stayed in my room. I saw a lady outside the next morning that was able to get me dry towels and check my room for clean sheets because I wasn't sure if the sheets on the bed were clean.I was able to get coffee 1 time and because their door was always locked I had to get coffee elsewhere. I would more than likely never stay here again. Plus it was too expensive for what I got.
