「I looked forward to staying at Cove Haven Resort for years. My parents spent their honeymoon here, and I always dreamed of visiting to recreate some of their memories and photos. 「Everything was great with the exception of the rude, disconnected, nonchalant, and unpleasant hotel clerk who was at the desk when we checked out at 12:23 pm, Monday, June 22, 2026. 「Great downtown Honesdale, PA location. At check in I was told to park in the Wayne Memorial Hospital lot which is shared with the Hotel. Check in was pleasant/easy. Stairs to 2nd floor room. At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life.
