The kitchen was not fully equipped with any cooking utensils. The kitchen was dirty. There was blood on the floor from the last person that was there. I complained about it and they’ve never sent anybody to clean it. There was a dead fly over the kitchen table. They never came and cleaned it. The shower did not work. They came to fix it said it was fixed and then I went to go get a shower after that it was not fixed. I ended up getting my room switched twice. Place was horrible. I would never go back 2 inches of dust all over the place the ceiling fan was thick of dust.

It was nice there. We stayed at the off-sight units, which was fine with us, we were only staying one night and didn't have any kids with us. It was dated, but very clean. There was probably only 4 other rooms being used in the whole unit, again, it was ok with us. If I could complain about anything, it would be that it had a full kitchen, but no utensils or flatware or a garbage can anywhere. So it was really peaceful. We had a good time.

Old property but very comfortable. Windows opens. Water park was closed because of pipe burst in coldweather. Could not use water park in our two night stay but was given complementary breakfast for a day. Overall two bedrooms were comfortable. Its great place.

Quiet, not crowded at all, and breakfast included is a plus. Some staff were friendly. I did receive accommodation for the pool being closed. My granddaughter and Daughter enjoyed the H2O waterpark. It’s not a 5 star resort but it will do. The pool was closed for a couple of days, It would’ve been nice to be notified. I will come again but I will call in Advance to see what’s open and what’s close.

Upon arival the staff didn't even know where our room was. Our room number was not listed on the floor map. After circling 3 times we found it on our own. Room is pretty awful. It smells horrible. we go to wash up & there's no running water. No water in the hotel for hours. Dead bugs in light fixtures and on windowsils. They don't clean the rooms daily. We had 3 days of dirty towels on the floor. We never got to use the pool. The pool was green, they were still telling peope it was safe to swim. The next day it was closed The water park was closed a few days of our stay. I didn't have the highest expectations when I booked this "resort" but you couldn't pay me ever stay there again.

The water was closed our entire stay which was the purpose of choosing the resort. No accommodation or credit was given towards the stay for the issue, each child got $10 credits and was used with 3 games. Our room window was left opened and would not lock.

Do not waste your time booking this resort. The negative reviews you are seeing are not individual experiences. We booked a two bedroom suite but were given a one bedroom. The refrigerator did not work and we lost around $50 in food. Our room was 82+ degrees. When we asked maintenance for help, we were reprimanded for lowering the thermostat. They brought us box fans to “cool” the room. (Spoiler: the fans did nothing to cool the room and the temperature kept increasing.) At least five other rooms on the third floor had their doors propped open with fans for the entire night. This tells me the heating is not only a comfortability issue but also a safety issue. The water park was closed but apparently was only partially functional on the days when it was open. Everything is dated, smelly and dirty. Even the bath water was coming out yellow/brown. We spent time in the lobby waiting for our dinner to be delivered and every single person we encountered was complaining of similar issues, if not worse. I truly do not know how this company is still in business but I know for certain that my family will not be returning.

The resort is very out dated. We had to wait about 15 minutes for hot water to kick in the bathroom, the facility is very old. The TV didn’t not work properly. Most of the staff couldn’t speak English. The food was good, and the staff were attentive.

We unfortunately had no running water for two days, which was a major inconvenience. The hotel itself is actually very nice and offers many amenities, but it clearly needs a lot more maintenance and upkeep to match its potential. That said, the staff was friendly and genuinely tried to accommodate our large family of 16, which we appreciated. With better maintenance, this could be a great place to stay.

Only thing good about place was hot tub. They have a kitchen with NO kitchen utensils or pots and pans. Your key will LOCK before checkout time. When you call about it, rep will act like there’s a problem with everybody key and use CURSE words when they speak to you. Very rude employees. WON’T book again

The room and Building we were berthed in was poorly maintaned. The building reaked of Marajuana (This was supposed to be a non-smoking building) There were no Vending Machines, no Game Room, No Ice Maker...The room ws clean, but there was no Hot Water for the first 24 hours of our stay. I reported this to the front desk and one lady offered another room, but one of the other ladies told her that it wasn't an option. I had to call and complain several times about the hot water. When they finally notified maintenance, the maintenance personnel discovered that someone had turned off the hot water and never turned it back on. This was severe inconvenience. I e-mailed and called the manager, but never received any response. The bathtub drain was inoperable. I had to fix that for them, otherwise, I would have not been able to use the tub on teh 2nd day after the hoe water was turned back on There were no pots, pans, dishes, silverware, or amenities in the room, There was no remote for the TV in the Bedroom, I want to request a refund for at least one of the days due to the inconvenience of not having any hot water and for the poor overall quality of my stay.

We stayed in the suite, in the bedroom half of the room didn’t have power. There was also no linens. The jacuzzi tub in the room did not work. The complementary breakfast did not have enough they ran out a lot of the food. The water park was small and everything in it was not operating.

don't know where to begin. When we arrived to check in, they had run out of room keys. Every time we left the room, we had to wait for a security guard to walk us back and unlock it, which continued until about midnight on our first day. The room was extremely outdated and in serious need of improvement. There was a terrible smell throughout the room that was absolutely disgusting. The water was either freezing cold or burning hot, making it impossible to shower comfortably. To make matters worse, out of the nine rooms my family rented, we found bedbugs in seven of them. When I went to speak to the manager the next morning to report the issue, she casually asked if we would like them to wash our clothes and said, "It's not a big deal." That response was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of concern for the don't know where to begin. When we arrived to check in, they had run out of room keys. I stayed at the resort for the Martin Luther King weekend. The building we were assigned to did not have an ice machine, and there was no one at the front desk available to assist us. On top of that, the heating system broke down. When I called the information number, the recording stated that assistance was only available until 10:00 PM. It was a weekend with constant snowfall, and neither of the two heating units worked properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I have been coming to this resort for over 10 years, but unfortunately it feels like there is less investment in maintenance and guest support each time.
