"The room was immaculate and spacious, everything they advertised. The staff were very attentive as well as extremely helpful! I became an honors member on the spot and that came with many perks like someone who I could text for anything I needed or just to check on me during my stay. I would definitely recommend booking with them. "

"The room was nice and clean, everything I would expect for a relaxing stay. My only complaint is that their airport hotel shuttle doesn’t run past 10:00pm which was a huge inconvenience since my international flight came in slightly after 10:00p. The taxi charge to the hotel was a ridiculous $46! Next time I’ll prefer to stay at one of the more expensive hotels with a 24hr shuttle. "

"Stayed in the suite loved the heart shaped tub and the bed was comfy all in all for a hotel in the Bronx really clean and provides lots of room amenities. Never left my room so I don't know about downstairs but I saw a mart. The manager on site Raj was nice on checking in and clearing up my questions and the payment process."
