「The room was spotless. Staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. What a great experience.」

「The staff at the front desk and walking around was very friendly. The only part i didn’t like was receiving a text that housekeeping would only come by on day 3. We arrived at 530am and housekeeping was attempting to enter our room at 10:40am. When they realized it was deadbolted, they left and came back 20 mins later and did the same. This time they woke our children up. That was frustrating. 」

「The woman at the desk was welcoming. And engaging as if to put me at ease or just to make me feel at home. Very pleasant. I liked that she inquired if I had a floor preference. And she placed me away from the others to ensure less disturbance from guest. The room was nice and clean. This was a pleasant and peaceful stay.」
