「The gals at the front desk were amazing! Super kind, courteous and professional. There was a gal, maybe her 2nd or 3rd day on the job- She was so helpful. I totally enjoyed chatting with her and her mentor. My stay was fabulous and those 2 gals really made it better!!!」

「Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.」

「Breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. Surrounding area was beautiful. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. History of the area is beyond fantastic. Where they lack is in sharing where to go to experience the incredible American history that the area affords - there should be material at the front and in every room sharing the history of the area and the incredible state and federal museums to explore!
