「We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the place. Absolutely fantastic stay. Great amenities. Lots of room. Great kitchen setup with everything you might need. Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch. Possible?」

「We came into town for a family event. The location was great and the apartment was nice. More room and much better than a small hotel room.」

「Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie」

「This was our first time renting a house on vacation and it met every expectation I had and then some! My kids enjoyed having their own space and I enjoyed having the space of a house. The yard was good to run around and play catch, the kitchen and dining room was nice so that we didn't have to eat out for our entire trip, the living room was comfortable and we enjoyed family movie night. 「Very nice place in a great location right in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Steps from Odd Side Ales and many other local attractions. Lively during the day, nice and quiet in the evening.」

「Breakfast looked fresh」

「The property manager was responsive when two issues were reported. There wasn’t enough towels or bedding for the number of guests we paid for. To his credit he came over at 11 at night to rectify the issue. The second issue was the chirping smoke alarm. I think anyone renting a house should just change the smoke alarms on a regular basis. It kept us awake for two hours but the next morning when he received the report he did bring over a new battery. Location was great and he Responded quickly.」

「The owners were incredibly nice and great communicators. However, there were some misleading details about the property. If you are an average sized adult male, there is only one bed in the place that you can sleep in without your legs hanging off the bed. Just, note that if you are traveling with a group. The number of people it “sleeps” is not accurate unless all the guests are miniatures. Otherwise, adorable place, great location!」
