「Room very clean and comfortable. Desk staff terrific. Coffee/tea maker in 428 needs cleaned out. There were coffee grounds in the hot tea :(. Remote difficult to tune into my Netflix account but enjoyed the smart tv once we got it working. Overall great stay. Thank you」

「We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t recommend this hotel enough. The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to do in Asheville—and the easy parking was a huge plus. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff stood out as incredibly friendly and welcoming.
