"This property was very quiet and comfortable. The decorations were very cute, made you feel like you were in the mountains. The staff was warm and welcoming! The restaurant staff was great and the food was yummy! "

"The room was perfect for the three of us providing three separate sleeping accommodations. The pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable, thin and bumpy mattress. The two beds in the bedroom were extremely comfortable the space had great amenities. The tub/shower was very slippery. I asked two different individuals for a bathmat, was told they did not think they had any but would check. Client safety is important. There was extensive remolding construction taking place. During certain times of the day the elevators were slow to arrive apparently due to worker use. Never heard any of it taking place. "
