「The room was clean but the jacuzzi tub had brown stuff coming out the water and after after the Jets and we didn’t get to use it and the Wi-Fi kept going on and off and the TV in the front of the suite didn’t work and they said he was gonna reimburse me for my room and nobody never gave me a call so they kind of ruined my vacation cause all I want to do is soak in the Jacuzzi tub watch little TV and just relax and that didn’t happen 」

「Air conditioner kept our room very comfortable. We had great parking close to door. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of options hot and cold, courteous staff and food was always kept full. 」

「The location is incredibly convenient, close to Hilldale Shopping Center and just a short drive from downtown Madison. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a separate sitting area that made it feel more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room.」

「I upgraded to this room because it was rated a 9.6 but I can not rate it that high because the detail were not paid attention to. The floors needed more attention and spots on the walls and the bathroom faucet leaked onto the counter top other wise it was a nice room. 」

「We asked for towels and trash bags and never received them. I had to go back down the next morning to get them from someone at the front desk. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and not 1 time did someone come and clean our room. We were gone everyday of our stay doing things. This is absolutely absurd. People at the front desks are rude or playing on their phones. Housekeeping is always on the floor but would rather be on their phones and balring their music or facebook. This is not how a...
