「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! 「Nice and new. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room. Nice to have the laundry room. Breakfast was typical of most places. Would recommend!」

「The staff was amazing. The rules were clean. The cleaning staff was great! When I asked for towels or anything, they were able to respond immediately. The cleaning staff, unlike most hotels or friendly whether they spoke English or not they smiled and said good morning.. My only issue with the hotel, which has nothing to do with the staff is that only one washer and one dryer were operable, and one of the main elevators was in operable, so everyone had to take the same elevator.
