"Overall great stay, especially for the price. Was here for a volleyball tournament and the location was great for getting to the convention center, the West End, and restaurants in the area. Service was very friendly and helpful. Was not a fan of closing the restaurant early to set up a night club and the pool was closed while we were there, but other than that, would highly recommend."

"Great overall experience, staff was welcoming and friendly. Let us check in early which was so nice ! Didn’t rush us or disturb us during our stay. Easy check in and no issues at all ! Didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as there was a slight miscommunication as to what time breakfast ends on weekdays and the shower has some stuff in it upon arrival but overall 9/10 and would come back! "

"Large clean comfortable room. Easy quick friendly front desk. Friendly quick service in restaurant. Had a snack area open 24 hours, self check out. Lovely location on the water with lovely area for walks restaurants and waterside park. "

"Brand new hotel, I like marriotts current concept with the Courtyards, decent food, bar, latte in the morning, nice sitting areas."

"Hotel was budget friendly and staff was nice. I had to call engineering to change from air conditioning to heat- which seemed a huge hassle. Poor guy needed a ladder to climb in the ceiling; however he got the job done. "

"The room we were given, the AC wasn't cooling. The maintenance man came up and tried to fix it, but it still wouldn't cool. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she gladly gave us another room. The second room was nice and cool and clean like the first one. It was a great experience. All employees were accommodating and very nice including the housekeepers, maintenance, bartenders and breakfast crew. We will definitely come back when we come to Dallas and highly recommend anyone...
