「Front desk manager was somewhat unprofessional. Attempted to checkin an hour early but could not. Was told guaranteed checkin at 3 pm. Well, WRONG! Checkin did not happen for us until 4:30 pm. The other attendant was nice and said he was going to do something for us but unsure if he adjusted anything since I booked thru Expedia and did not park in the hotel's deck because friends said it was a s-show. The A/C unit sounded like a freight train all night. Also be careful of the tub because it...

「Our room wasn't ready till after check in time. Parking was great and felt car was safe. No help with luggage and no elevator to our upstairs room. Some renovations were taking place in one area. The bar was ok but the breakfast for what you could get should have been included as it was chain hotel quality. Only sweetened cream for coffee so couldn’t use due to health issues. 」
