"Upon arrival with family there was no room available and hotel was closed manager there said they have lost their license I waited 4 hrs with family and issue was not resolved "

"I booked this hotel and paid in full but when I went to the hotel the guy in front desk neither spoke English nor could locate my reservation. I asked for managers and no one else was available and I had to leave the hotel."
